Internal controls
Internal Controls are central to the management of risks that are significant to the delivery of ECP 's objectives. Sound control mechanisms contribute to the stability of both ECP and the Funds that it advises.
The senior management team is responsible for ECP's system of internal controls, whilst all members and employees of ECP have some responsibility as part of their role within the business.
Internal Controls are reviewed periodically to ensure ongoing efficiency and sufficiency.
ECP's Risk Management Framework defines how risks are recognized and managed. It covers risk categories, roles, responsibilities, processes and procedures for the recognition, measurement and management of risk. ECP maintains a Risk Register.
